1. Product introduction Polypropylene fiber is made of polypropylene particles through hot extrusion in a continuous process. The fiber has been treated with special anti-static and anti-ultraviolet treatment, so that the fiber can be evenly dispersed in concrete or mortar and can exert its effect for a long time. The amount of fiber is different, and the amount should be higher for the parts with severe abrasion and areas with severe freeze-thaw.

Uses of polypropylene fiber
1. Can be used in putty, plastering and dry-mixed mortar, and have a good anti-cracking effect.
2. Used for plastering, surface layer, leveling layer, primed concrete or thermal insulation mortar, etc.
3. Used for various concrete, such as mixing, transportation, pouring, curing, etc. The sequence is the same as that of concrete without fiber.

Recommended dosage:
For ordinary plastering, the recommended amount of PP Fiber to Cubic meter Concrete is: 0.9~1.2kg
For thermal insulation, 1~3kg per cubic.
The recommended (general uses) 0.6~1.8kg per cubic meter.

Guide/Steps on proper usage
①According to the amount of concrete mixed each time, accurately measure according to the mix ratio requirements (or recommended dosage) The weight of fiber added each time.
② After the gravel material is prepared, add polypropylene fiber. A forced mixer is recommended. Put the aggregates together with the fibers into the blender, but care should be taken to ensure that the fibers are added between the aggregates and mixed dry for about 30 seconds. After adding water, mix them wet for about 30 seconds to fully disperse the fibers.
