Polyester Fiber-PET 100grams
The new material researched and produced in order to enhance the anti fracture of asphalt concrete.
It adopts 100% polyester synthetic material,monofilament synthetic fiber through the unique craft processing, has the advantages of high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, strong chemical stability, and strong bondability with asphalt. It can forms large number of three-dimensional distribution of fiber monofilament when adding in the asphalt concrete after mixing,play an role of reinforcement and bridging, in order to effectively improve the mechanical properties of asphalt concrete and prevent cracking of asphalt concrete.
Function
1. Prevent early crack of concrete and effectively resist reflection crack
2. Prolong the life span
3. Increase the crack-resistance in low temperature
4. Increase the fatigue-resistance
5. Improve the flexibility, seepage-resistance, and stability in water
6. Improve the stability in high temperature
7. It can be used in hot-mixing bitumen concrete projects and reinforced crack-resistance for high-tensile concrete.

Water Content: 1%
Tensile Strength: 630Mpa
Fiber Diameter: 0.015mm
Elongation at break: 12%
Water absorption: Nonabsorbent
Heat Resistance: The color basically remains unchanged at 210⁰C for 2 hours.
Thermal conductivity: Low
